The Banderas Business Directory seeks candidates who are proficient in Spanish and English inside and outside sales to represent a highly dynamic company specializing in local online advertising.

Candidate Qualifications:
* Speaks Spanish and English
* Prior experience in Ad sales a plus
* Degree in Business Administration a plus
* Prior experience selling to small businesses a plus
* Experience cold calling and having to open your own doors a plus
* Excellent organizational skills
* Proficient at some desk top software and/or sales automation software a plus
* Knowledge of the Internet is a must
* Access to the Internet, computer, telephone, and transportation a must
* Good communications skills, neat and clean appearance, and excellent listening skills

Compensation and Company:
* This is an independent contractor position
* You will be self-employed however able to enjoy the benefits of a team if desired
* Compensation is 100% commission based
- Lucrative commission structure, residual income and override commissions
