WHAT IS AGAPE? AGAPE A.C. is a civil association dedicated to safeguarding the rights and integrity of minors who have been abandoned or are in unsafe situations. Agape love looks out for the well-being of others and continues without a response. It is free, sovereign and independent. This type of love is not an emotional one, but a decision that flows with will. This is the love that God has for us, it does not depend on our behavior or if it is reciprocated.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT Is to help and guide young orphans, indigent and abused children to become contributing members of society by meeting their emotional, physical, psychological, spiritual, and intellectual needs.
OUR VISION To serve society through different transient and permanent support programs to first promote family reintegration while establishing foster homes and shelters for children that are managed with excellence and provide high quality assistance to those in need.
OUR WORK IN AGAPE Our objective is to provide an integral support system that makes an impact on the life of every child that comes into our hands. During their stay, regardless of the duration we provide them with:
-A home with all necessities.
-A single bed.
-3 daily meals.
-Clothing and personal items.
-Recreational outings on weekends.
-Grants for private and bilingual school, includes tuition, supplies, uniforms, books and refreshments.
-Additional classes in English and computers.
-Minors and Adults school regularization.
-Medical and Psychological Care.
-Spiritual care.
-Transportation.
-Support programs for parents and families of juvenile inmates.
